Myrtle Beach Area Fourth of July Hotspots
The Fourth of July is fast approaching and Myrtle Beach is one of the best places to spend this summertime holiday.
Below is our roundup of the top nearby Myrtle Beach area hotspots so you know where the fireworks and parties will be for the 2015 holiday!
Myrtle Beach Boardwalk
Hot Summer Nights at the Boardwalk will include a special celebration for the 4th of July. They will be having a giant fireworks show at 10 p.m. and there will surely be lots of people stopping in for drinks at the Boardwalk restaurants or grabbing a spot on the beach with a blanket or chair to view the fireworks over the ocean. The fireworks will be shot off of 2nd Avenue Pier.
Murrells Inlet MarshWalk
One of the most popular places outside of the city of Myrtle Beach to celebrate Independence Day is Murrells Inlet, just a short drive south of hotel BLUE. They have their yearly Boat Parade, which will go past the MarshWalk. Planned for high tide, the “Red, White & Southern” parade will begin at 10 a.m. in Garden City, making its way to the Inlet.
Broadway at the Beach
If you’d rather spend the 4th of July in more of a club atmosphere, then check out Celebrity Square at Broadway at the Beach. You can check out the moonshine bar at Country Roads Bar & Grill, sing along with the dueling piano players at Crocodile Rocks or you can pop into one of the many clubs spinning the hits with a live DJ.
At 10 p.m. fireworks will light up over Lake Broadway, leaving you plenty of time afterwards to continue partying all night long!
Our resort will book fast for this popular holiday so be sure to book today before it’s too late!
