If you haven’t been in Myrtle Beach for Halloween before, you are missing out! Myrtle Beach is the place to be for all the biggest Halloween parties and festivities.
Check out our list of the top 2015 Halloween events that you’ll want to check out this year:
Celebrity Square Halloween Party | October 24
A tradition of sorts, the Celebrity Square Halloween Party takes place at Broadway at the Beach – the area where most of the clubs are located - on the Saturday before Halloween beginning at 8 p.m. Go club hopping and be sure to wear your best costume because they’ll be giving out big grand prizes (first place is a whopping $2,000!) outside in the square complete with music spun by DJ Barry. This is one of the biggest Halloween parties in Myrtle Beach! Plus, if you are wearing your costume you can get in free to Revolutions, Crocodile Rocks, Malibu's Surf Bar, Club Boca, Froggy Bottoms and Broadway Louie's.
Malibu’s Surf Bar Halloween Costume Contest | October 30
Make plans to head out to Malibu’s, located at Broadway at the Beach, on Friday, October 30 for the self-proclaimed largest Halloween Bash in Myrtle Beach. They’ll be allowing free admission, as long as you are in costume, and are encouraging advanced registration for the costume contest, which will be awarding more than $500 in cash and prizes to the top contenders.
Captain’s Quarters Halloween Party | October 31
This all-ages party is great for families with children. Get dressed up in your best costume and compete in the costume contest! It will take place from 7 to 10 p.m. This year the majority of the event will take place poolside with a Halloween glow party and a DJ spinning tunes all evening long. There will also be activities up at the Level 6 Bowling Center and an appearance by Salty the Shark.
BOO-RRO Bash | October 31
If you want to sip on a margarita and enjoy some chips and salsa while enjoying Halloween in Myrtle Beach, check out the BOO-RRO Bash at Burro Loco. Beginning at 4 p.m., they will have a costume contest, DJ and happy hour specials. First place in the costume contest will receive $500 cash and prizes!
