Check out our list of the top 2014 parties that you’ll want to check out this Halloween in Myrtle Beach:

Weekend before Halloween

Halloween in Myrtle Beach PartiesCarnEVIL Halloween Costume Party: Head on over to The Deck at the Myrtle Beach House of Blues on Oct. 24. This Friday-night party starts at 7 p.m. There will be live music, a costume contest, games, food and drink specials and more! Admission to this party is $5 and the grand prize for the costume contest is $250 plus two tickets to every single show at the House of Blues during the 2015 season! Come on out for a night of fun and Halloween spirit and vie to win the costume contest!

Nightmare in the Square Costume Contest and Party: A tradition of sorts, the Nightmare in the Square Costume Contest and Party takes place at Broadway at the Beach’s Celebrity Square – the area where most of the clubs are located - on the Saturday before Halloween beginning at 8 p.m. Go club hopping and be sure to wear your best costume because they’ll be giving out big grand prizes (first place is a whopping $2,000!) outside in the square complete with music spun by DJ Barry. This is one of the biggest Halloween parties in Myrtle Beach! Plus, if you are wearing your costume you can get in free to Revolutions, Rodeo Bar & Grill, Crocodile Rocks and more. Be sure to be outside at 8 p.m. because there will also be a Fireworks Extravaganza show over Lake Broadway.

Captain’s Quarters Halloween Party: This all-ages party is great for families with children. Get dressed up in your best costume and compete in the costume contest! It will take place at 3 p.m. on Oct. 25 at the Level Six Entertainment Center where there will karaoke, drink specials and bowling!

Night Before Halloween

Malibu’s Surf Bar Costume Contest: Make plans to head out to Malibu’s, located at Broadway at the Beach, on Thursday, Oct. 30 for the self-proclaimed largest Halloween Bash in Myrtle Beach. They’ll be allowing free admission, as long as you are in costume, and are encouraging registration by Oct. 24 for the costume contest, which will be awarding more than $1,500 in cash and prizes to the top contenders.

Halloween Night

Spooktacular Halloween Bash: The 2001 Nightclub will be hosting the 2014 Spooktacular Bash on Halloween night in Myrtle Beach. They'll have live music by Count Markenstein & the Mark Roberts Band plus there will be a costume contest and live DJ’s. Wear a costume and you'll get in free to this Myrtle Beach Halloween party. Doors open at 8 p.m. and costume contest starts at 11 p.m.

BOO-RRO Bash: If you want to sip on a margarita and enjoy some chips and salsa while enjoying Halloween in Myrtle Beach, check out the BOO-RRO Bash at Burro Loco. Beginning at 4 p.m., they will have live music, drink specials, bar games and more.

Halloween Party at Castano’s: If you want to party up at Barefoot Landing, head to Castano’s Italian Steakhouse. Beginning at 4 p.m., this restaurant will be serving up “spooky” cocktails, delicious apps and fun music. They will have prizes for the best costume, so be sure to come dressed up!

MarshWalk Adult Halloween Contest: If Murrells Inlet is more your style head down to the MarshWalk for their annual costume contest.
