Greek Fest Dessert St. John’s Greek Festival | September 24 – 27, 2015

This festival is going on 24 years, so you know it’s a good one! If you love Greek food and culture you will want to add this popular Myrtle Beach fall festival to your list. With its tasty foods being the center of attention (such as gyros, Greek salad, pastries and more) you will want to come hungry because you are sure to leave full! The festival will also include vendors, church tours, live entertainment, kids’ activities and more. Entry is $1 for adults and free for children 10 and under.




Taste of the Town | October 6, 2015

Do you enjoy trying out different foods from a variety of restaurants? The Taste of the Town makes it easy to do so with 50 restaurants offering up a wide array of samples at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, for one day only. In its 32nd year, this food-tasting event has proven to be a popular gathering of fresh foods, desserts and drinks. There will also be live music to enjoy while you find your new favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants!




Oktoberfest | Various Dates

Celebrating fall and beer seem to go hand in hand. If you enjoy celebrating Oktoberfest while enjoying the mild fall Myrtle Beach weather, you will want to check out one of the area’s Oktoberfests. The 8th Annual Myrtle Beach Oktoberfest will take place October 2 and 3 at Market Common’s Valor Park. Here you can enjoy seasonal beers, a pumpkin patch, games for kids and more! On October 10 and 11 you can check out Oktoberfest on the Boardwalk which will take place on Ocean Boulevard near the downtown area of Myrtle Beach. This event features a car show, petting zoo, vendors, live music, beer garden and more.




Myrtle Beach Wine Festival | October 17, 2015

Going into its sixth year, the Myrtle Beach Wine Festival is a must for wine lovers. There is no charge for admission to this outdoor festival and you can purchase tickets for the samples you wish to try. You’ll also need to purchase a $5 sampling wine glass. This event will take place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Market Common’s Valor Park.
